Nick Fawbert | Founder



As the Founder of Mutiny Consulting, Nick is an experienced, flexible, results oriented media and marketing strategist.

He has over twenty years track record delivering across global markets with extensive experience in blue chip media brands such as the BBC, the Daily Telegraph, CBS and Yahoo!, and has been based in Asia for almost a decade working with world famous regional brands such as MediaCorp and SPH.

He has been a leader in the content marketing industry both regionally and globally through his senior roles at Brand New Media.

He is an accomplished industry contributor, helping to launch trade associations including the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and the Asia Content Marketing Association (ACMA).

Alongside the Singapore Government's Media Development Authority (MDA), Nick helped nurture independent creative talent through the foundation of the popular Creator Collective learning community and support for the ongoing Creator Space initiative.

In the Digital Marketing Framework Series, Nick also created one of Asia's first and most comprehensive industry talent development strategies on behalf of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies (4As).

He is a versatile team performer in driving growth through innovation in mature markets, restructuring expectations and delivery in stalling markets, and providing a foundation for secure and successful growth in greenfield start-ups.

He benefits from a strategic understanding of the role that both sales and marketing disciplines play in the development of on-line, outdoor, magazine and national press markets. He demonstrates the ability to combine both analytical and implementation skills to deliver transformational business solutions against short timescales.

Pete Mitchell | Co-Founder



Pete is a highly energetic and results focused digital marketing professional with more than 25 years working both agency and client side in the media and marketing industries.

He has worked with Blue Chip clients in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas bringing enterprise change to all of the brands he has serviced.

Originally a traditional media planner, Pete worked for the first ten years of his career for JWT and Carat Aegis UK working in both London and in his native Manchester.

In 2000 he moved exclusively into digital media with Outrider and for the next seven years was as a key member of GroupM’s digerati. During this time he ran the digital media operations for some of the biggest finance, travel, property, automotive, entertainment and FMCG clients across the UK and Europe.

Pete moved to Asia in July 2007 and elevated into APAC regional digital roles, first for IPG Mediabrands, based in Bangkok, and then later for Ogilvy based in Singapore.
He worked primarily on J&J, Coke, SAP and Amex across Asia markets; as well as Best Weston and Hyundai KIA during a 6-month placement into the US based in LA.

Pete moved to Chicago in 2012 and joined Mindshare in a global role running Digital Media Projects worldwide for BP/Castrol.

He returned to Singapore in January 2014, this time on the client side and joined Mondelez International in the Global Media Team as Global Director of Media Innovation.

Pete is a media industry veteran whose core skills include: Performance media, Search Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Brand Planning, Digital Strategy and Implementation, Programmatic Media Trading, Media Business Operations, Staff Management, Traditional Media Planning and Implementation, Capabilities Training, Communications Planning, Media Channel Planning, Media Integration and Senior Agency and Brand Side Relationships at the C-Suite level.
